About Dominoes
Dominoes is a timeless tile game. Each tile shows two numbers; players take turns adding a tile whose end matches an open end of the layout. The first player to lay down all their tiles — or with the fewest pips when the game blocks — wins.
How to play
- Start from the opening tile and extend the chain.
- A tile can only be played if one of its ends matches an open end.
- If you cannot play, draw from the boneyard or pass.
- First to empty their hand wins; if blocked, lowest total pips wins.
Tips & strategy
- Track which numbers have run out to block opponents.
- Hold flexible doubles for later rather than dumping them early.
- Count pips near the end to steer a blocked-game win.
