About Nurikabe
Nurikabe is a Japanese logic puzzle of islands and sea. Each number is an island of exactly that many connected white cells. Every island is separated from the others; the remaining shaded cells form one connected "sea" that contains no 2×2 shaded block.
How to play
- Each clue cell is an island of exactly that many white cells.
- Islands connect orthogonally and never touch another island.
- All shaded "sea" cells are connected together.
- No 2×2 area is entirely sea.
Tips & strategy
- Cells between two islands must be sea.
- A "1" island is complete — surround it with sea.
